Michael W. Stoltz
Michael Stoltz is a member of the Virginia State Bar and is the General Counsel and a Vice President of The Pence Group, Inc., a commercial real estate development and management company headquartered in Reston, Virginia. Â In addition to managing the legal department, he is heavily involved in the leasing, management, financing and insuring of the commercial property assets under management.
Michael earned his JD/MBA from Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½â€™s Kogod School of Business and Washington College of Law part-time program. After graduation in 1999, he practiced law in the Corporate and Securities department at Kelly, Hart & Hallman, P.C., primarily working on regulatory and compliance matters under the Securities Act of 1933. In 1994, Michael earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Colorado, Boulder.Â
