New for the Spring 2025 Semester is that quantitative tutoring will only be online and by appointment on Sundays and Fridays. The Lab will not be physically open on those days. For the rest of the week, quantitative tutoring will be available on a drop-in, no appointment basis at the Lab.

Also, as was the case during prior semesters, Statistical Software Support will only be available online and by appointment on Sundays – Fridays. In other words, Statistical Software Support will not take place at the Lab.

From January 21 - February 11, 2025, there will be Online Quantitative Tutoring offered on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays besides that provided online on Fridays and at the Lab during the rest of the week. The online assistance will be by appointment only. After February 11^th, quantitative tutoring will resume totally to in-person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

WCOnline at is where students will be able to make online appointments and where online support and tutoring will take place.

Below are the days and hours for quantitative tutoring and Online Statistical Software Support during the Spring 2025 Semester:

• Mondays – Thursdays, quantitative tutoring at the Lab, service on a drop-in basis from 11 am – 7 pm, limited Online Quantitative Tutoring available by appointment, Statistical Software Support, only online and by appointment. Please see WCOnline for schedules.
• Fridays, quantitative tutoring, only online and by appointment from 11 am – 3 pm, Statistical Software Support, only online and by appointment from noon – 1 pm. Please check WCOnline schedules. Ìý

Quantitative Support:

Quantitative Support provides mathematics and statistics support to undergraduate and graduate students at Ñî¹óåú´«Ã½. Tutors will help students learn course concepts, develop study strategies, complete practice exercises, and prepare for exams. Quantitative Support comprises two core services: the Math & Stats Lab and OnlineÌýStatistical Software Support. Meet the Quantitative Support team here.

Math & Stats Tutoring Lab:

Any AU student with a quantitative component in their coursework is welcome to visit the LabÌýin theÌýDon Myers Building, room 103, for assistance regarding that component. They do not need an appointment to receive tutoring at the Lab

The Lab focuses on providing tutoring for the following courses:

• MATH-125 to MATH-222
• STAT-160 to STAT-320
• DATA-412

Depending on tutors' availability and skillsets,Ìýthey might be able to assist undergraduate and graduate students taking higher-level mathematics and statistics courses. Also, tutors might be able to assist students with quantitative concepts in coursework from other departments’ courses.Ìý

Statistical Software Support:

Tutors will assist ALL students (undergraduate and graduate) online in a one-on-one settingÌýenrolled inÌýcourses using and interpreting results from software such as Excel, Python, R, Stata, SPSS, SQL, SAS, and StatCrunch. Tutoring is held online atÌý.
